Displays the general details of a booking

View / Edit the General Details Screen

  1. Click on the General (tab)
  2. Click on the drop down icon to open the General details screen
  3. The Booking ID is automatically generated and cannot be chenged
  4. The Booking Category can be set (the tyoe of booking)
  5. Guest name
  6. Lock Box code for the seleted Booking (if required)
  7. The Date the reservaton was made
  8. If you have another referenmce number it can be added to the Original Ref box
