Clicking the Rates tab will display rate and financial information about the selected Booking

The details section displays Arrival / Departure information, the Guest name and taxes

The Booking Rate, Cleaning fee, Booking Fee (if applicable), can be updated at any time, This will override any previously set rates for the selected booking

Pressing the 'Set Totals' button will allow a total rate to be entered, the software will recalculate the rate according to the total value set.

Press save to update any changes

Closing the Window will return to the previous screen (Bookings Manager Screen)

The Extras tab will show any booked extras and allow additional items to be added and edited

Select the Extra to be added
Press the save button to update the Booking

The item price can be updated. This will not affect the default price in other booing

The quantity can be set

This screen show any payments reciced for tyhe selected Booking

A new payment can be manaually added

An exsiting payment can be updated

Summary of payments for the selected booking are displayed
