How Do I View My Annual Statement

The homeowner statements are published by your management company and made available online via the homeowner edition.

Some management companies also send a copy of the owner statement via email.

To Access the Owner Statement

  1. Select Property Details
  2. Owner Account
  3. Select the month and Year to view
  4. Press the Refresh button

How do I View the Annual Statement

  1. Select Annual View
  2. Select Year to display
  3. Press the Refresh button

4. The total Credit or Debit is displayed

5. Monthly Details displayed
