Starting Property Manager

Solution Before starting Property Manager ensure that your firewall is set so Property Manager can access Internet. Property Manger lets you manage your web site from your PC and requires internet access to do so.

To use Property Manager for the first time, you must Create an account as a new user (Creating an account is free).
If you already have an account Press the Log on Button and enter your username and password to sign in to your account.

Create a New User

Click the ‘Create New User’ button then enter your details where requested.
Give yourself a user name and a password, and then press the ‘Create User’ button to add your user.
You will then automatically be logged on as the user you have just created.
The first thing you will need to do after creating a new user and logging on it to add at least 1 property.

Logging On

If you already have a user account, enter your username and password then press the Log on button. If you have forgotten your username and / or password, click the ‘Forgotten Password’ button and enter the email address used when you signed up. You will then receive an email reminder.
Once you have logged on, you can edit your personal details at any time by clicking the ‘Edit Account’ button, and then make any changes and press ‘Save’.
Once you have logged on, any properties you have added will be listed toward the top-right of the screen.
