An owner can be deleted if the owner does not have any active properties. Once an owner has been deleted, it cannot be undone. To delete an owner, navigate to:

- Owners & Homes
- Owners
- Select the "three-dot" icon next to the owner
- Click "Delete"
How to Delete an Owner in CiiRUS Desktop:
- Owners & Homes
- Owners
- Manage Owners
- Select the Owner and click "Remove Owner"
