The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to transfer computer files from one host to another host over a TCP-based network, such as the Internet. FTP is built on a client-server architecture and uses separate control and data connections between the client and the server.
Login with the Username and Password that was provided from our Website Team.
Once logged in, the FTP will show the files specific to the website. This is where updates to the CSS, static images, or JavaScript can be made.
In order to use the FTP, a Website Release Agreement must be signed.
A static IP will also need to be whitelisted. Please contact the Website Team for more information.
