If pool heat does not apply, it can be disabled in the back-end of the account. Disabling this will simply remove the pool heat page from the Property Assistant, however, other references of pool heat will still appear in various reports and tables in the system. These cannot be removed as they are standard fields for all CiiRUS users.

The pool heat option can be removed from the website property page.

Please contact the Support Team to disable pool heat for your account.
