Rather than entirely deleting a staff member from the SecureTrack module, a user can be "locked" which will prevent them from being able to login.
To lock a user, go to:
- Account Settings
- SecureTrack > Access Control
- Click the "Edit" icon and then click the checkbox next to "Locked?"
When the user attempts to login, it will give them an error message and will not allow them to login to the account.
