CiiRUS Desktop is our flagship property management system that can be downloaded onto a PC computer. It has an integrated distribution mechanism that connects to third party booking channels and various third-party tools to maximize productivity. New versions of CiiRUS Desktop are released every couple of weeks that contain new updates and bug fixes that the Property Manager can download.

CiiRUS One:
CiiRUS One is a fully featured web-based property management system with an integrated distribution mechanism that connects to third party booking channels and various third-party tools to maximize productivity. The platform is mobile-friendly and can be accessed from any computer, any internet enabled phone or mobile device, the software can be accessed from the office, at home or out on the field! Since this platform is web-based, there is no need for the Property Manager to download anything and updates are published in real-time. Typically, new features and modules are released to CiiRUS One first.

Both systems can be used in conjunction as they talk to each other, so no matter where an update is made, it will sync in real time. Though the interfaces look slightly different, the functionality and modules are the same in both versions. Please keep in mind, new features are typically released to CiiRUS One first.
