On CiiRUS Desktop, the Dashboard screen displays a yellow panel which contains the latest System Messages including the latest download link and updates/bug fixes that pertain to the latest version.
The yellow panel cannot be removed from the dashboard and will remain even after downloading the latest version. This is just to inform you of the new updates and once you click into a different screen elsewhere in the system, you will no longer see the yellow panel.
Be sure to check the Dashboard frequently for latest system messages and to ensure that you are on the latest version of the software.
