Create or Access my CiiRUS Help Center Account

You might already have an account if you have reached out to the CiiRUS Support Team in the past.

Creating a CiiRUS Help Center Account

  1. Click on "Sign In" in the top right menu.
  2. Click "Sign up".
  3. Enter your full name and email.
  4. Click "Sign up".

After signing up, please check your inbox for an email from the CiiRUS Support Team which contains a link to proceed with the account setup and allows you to create a password.
