After submitting a ticket to the Help Desk, previously submitted tickets can be viewed and tracked by creating an account.

To access the Help Desk, please click here.

To create an account,

  1. Click on "Sign In" in the top right menu
  2. Click "Sign up"
  3. Enter your full name and email
  4. Click "Sign up"

After signing up, please check your inbox for an email from the CiiRUS Support Team which contains a link to proceed with the account setup and allows you to create a password.

Once completed, to login to view previously submitted tickets, click on the dropdown under your account name, and click "My activities."

To submit a new ticket, please click on "Submit a request."
