To monitor and access your current and past requests, you can use the CiiRUS Help Center.

Login to the CiiRUS Help Center Account

  1. Click on "Sign In".
  2. Enter your CiiRUS Help Center credentials. If not sure, refer to "Create or Access my CiiRUS Help Center Account".
  3. Click on the drop down under your account name, and click "My activities."
  4. Under "My activities" you will see your current Open tickets as well as Solved.
  5. Click on the corresponding ticket subject to open the ticket details, where you can see all interactions with the Support Team, as well as to add more comments.
