To monitor and access your current and past requests, you can use the CiiRUS Help Center.
Login to the CiiRUS Help Center Account
- Click on "Sign In".
- Enter your CiiRUS Help Center credentials. If not sure, refer to "Create or Access my CiiRUS Help Center Account".
- Click on the drop down under your account name, and click "My activities."
- Under "My activities" you will see your current Open tickets as well as Solved.
- Click on the corresponding ticket subject to open the ticket details, where you can see all interactions with the Support Team, as well as to add more comments.
