To login to CiiRUS One, open your browser and go to https://portal.ciirus.com/
Login using your Company Username and Staff Password
Once logged in, you can specify how you would like to receive the verification code - either by Email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.
- Click the User icon in the top-right
- Select User Details
- Specify how you would like to receive the code (Email, SMS, or Google Authenticator)
- Click Save
Please keep in mind, the two-factor authentication / verification code, cannot be disabled. If your IP address has changed, or you have not logged in for awhile, the code will be required. This is for security purposes to protect your CiiRUS Account in adding an additional layer of security, making it much harder for unauthorized users to access your account.
