If a guest inquires about a listing from the website, Vrbo, GuestPass, or Airbnb, it will land in CiiRUS in the "Reservation Inquires" screen.
From here, the property manager can respond or send a quote to the guest.
For Airbnb Inquires/Messages, the system will store the entire thread to save the Property Manager having to login to the Airbnb portal to see the full conversation thread.

View Inquiries Screen
The table displays the following information:
- Inquiry Date
- Guest Name
- Property
- Arrival and Departure Dates
- Number of Nights
- Guest ID and Party Size
- Email Address (this is encrypted from Airbnb and Vrbo)

Inquiry Details
If the "Comments" column is not in the table by default, select the "Column Chooser" icon to add "Comments" into the table:

Simply drag and drop it into the table:
From here, the Property Manager can respond to the inquiry or view more details:

- Click on the "Message" icon to respond to the guest.
- Click the "Gear" icon to open the Total Quote Summary to view more details of the pricing
- Click the "Trash" icon to delete the inquiry
When an inquiry is responded to that came from the website, GuestPass, or Vrbo, it will be sent directly to the guest email address. If the guest responds back, the Property Manager will respond externally via their email provider.
At this time, the system does not store the entire conversation for website, GuestPass, and Vrbo inquires.
Airbnb Inquires
Through Airbnb Messaging, the Property Manager has the ability to communicate with any guest who has inquired or booked through Airbnb, directly through the CiiRUS System. This method of communication saves time, as the Property Manager no longer has to login to the Airbnb Portal to respond to a guest.
