In CiiRUS, there are multiple ways to view or add a reservation. These screens can be accessed from the "Reservations" Module. Interactive charts and grids help reservationists manage daily arrival and departure operations, send quotes, add new bookings, and more.
The three main views to access bookings are as follows:
- Bookings Manager
- Bookings Schedule
- Bookings List
From either of these screens, the Total Bookings Summary (TBS) can be accessed, which essentially, is the main booking folio. Within the TBS, pricing, payments, housekeeping, booking actions, and much more, can be accessed.

Bookings Manager
From the Bookings Manager, all bookings for the selected property can be viewed either in a list or calendar view.
The following actions can be done from the Bookings Manager:
- Add a new booking
- Create a tentative booking
- Add a blackout period
- Cancel a booking
- Search and filter for information
- View category type, guest information, arrival/departure information, financial information
- Show comments and canceled bookings
- Print and send bookings
- Send on-demand emails
- View booking history
- Access the Total Booking Summary

Bookings Schedule
The Bookings Schedule is a graph or tape-chart view of all bookings for all or select properties. The Bookings Schedule is a great way to see availability for multiple properties in one view.
The following actions can be done from the Bookings Schedule:
- Add a new booking
- Create a tentative booking
- Add a blackout period
- Move a booking by drag-and-drop into a new property
- Print the schedule
- Access the Total Booking Summary
- See color-coded payment status
- See bookings based on category
- See Booking Flags

Bookings List
It's in the name! The Bookings List is a list of all bookings for all properties in one table. The list is a great way to quickly locate a booking by searching by the guest name or Booking ID. Within the list, custom reports can be created based on financial information, arrival information, balance due details, and much more.
The following actions can be done from the Bookings List:
- Search for a booking
- Move a Booking
- Access the Total Booking Summary
- Sort/Group/Filter bookings
- View Guest Details
- Send on-demand emails
- View booking information
- Create custom reports for arrivals, departures, financial, and much more
- Color key for current guests, arriving today, arriving within a week, future guests
- View canceled bookings
- View cart extras and bookings flags
- View booking comments
- Export list

Total Booking Summary (TBS)
The Total Booking Summary (TBS) is the Booking Folio for the selected booking and is used to edit and view all the booking details such as the rates, booking extras, payments, housekeeping, and much more.
The TBS can be accessed by double clicking on a reservation from either the Bookings Manager, Bookings Schedule, or the Bookings List.
The following actions can be done from the TBS:
- View basic info such as the Booking ID, dates, category and guest details
- View or edit the rates
- Edit taxes
- Manually send payment to the owner
- Add additional booking extras (pool heat, BBQ grill, rental equipment, etc)
- View the Property Manager and Owner Amounts
- Process payments and security deposits
- View Balance due settings
- Send on-demand emails
- Check in or out a guest
- View or add a clean or inspection
- Add the guest list and ages
- Convert a tentative booking or change the expiration date
- Edit the dates of a booking
- Specify an early checkin or late checkout
- Move a booking
- Add comments or notes
- Add booking flags
- Upload an image or file
