To add a stop sale, and prevent any further bookings from being added to a specified date range, select the desired property and go the Bookings Manager.

Proceed to add a booking as normal, but before clicking ‘Add...,’ make sure the check the tick-box next to ‘Blackout Dates?’ This will collapse the first and last name fields and open the description field. Click ‘Add,’ and a stop sale will be placed for that property for the date range specified on the Add Reservation panel. Please note that once a booking has been placed as a ‘Blackout Date’ (stop sale), it cannot be converted to any other booking category and can only be removed.
