Each email category has it's own unique list of tokens that may differ slightly based on the category. For example, some of the tokens for "Guest Booking Confirmation" templates are different to those in the "CRM" category. If the token does not match the token for that category, it will not populate when the email is sent.

It is important to reference the tokens in the list of the email editor and ensure that the correct token has been applied.

Example Guest Booking Confirmation Category Email:

Notice in the first example, the Arrival Date token is, [arrivaldate], whereas in the second example, it is [ad{dd MMM yyyy}].

Please be sure that the correct tokens are applied to the email.
