The system will track if a CRM email was sent to the guest. Once sent, the tracking will be available in the Guest Record.

First, locate the applicable booking and open the Total Booking Summary:

From the Total Booking Summary, click on the "i" icon next to the guest name:

The "Guest Details" window will open > Open the "History" panel and select "Emails"

This window will display any emails that have been sent via the CRM. It is recommended to check your own SMTP or Mailchimp Transactional Email Service for further tracking.
