To create a new user in the system, go to:

  1. Account Settings
  2. Secure Track
  3. Access Control
  4. Select "Create User"

Enter the following information:

  1. Full Name
  2. Password*
  3. Email
  4. Telephone / Mobile Phone
  5. Cell Phone Country
  6. Specify the verification code delivery method
  7. Specify if the user is Admin (full-access)
  8. Click "Add"

*Staff Password Requirements:

  • Must contain letters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character
  • Minimum of 12 characters
