A Vrbo booking can be cancelled directly in the CiiRUS system - there is no need to login to Vrbo to perform this action. On Vrbo, since the Property Manager is the merchant of record, they can process a full or partial refund in CiiRUS upon cancelling the booking.
To cancel a Vrbo booking, go to:
- Reservations & Quoting
- Bookings Manager
- Select the applicable property from the 'Property Chooser'
- Either right-click on the booking or click the "three-dot" icon and select "Cancel Booking"
Click "Yes" to confirm:
Specify if the booking was cancelled by the Property Manager or the guest and click "Process"
Please keep in mind, once a booking is cancelled, it cannot be undone.
Refund the Guest
If you need to process a full or partial refund to the guest, please go to Credit Card Processing > Locate their processed payment > Click to refund.
