Welcome to your very own backstage pass to your vacation, GuestPass! The application is optimized for mobile, making it easier than ever to access information about your trip, add concierge services, instantly check-in and check-out, view house rules, browse local attractions, and much more.
GuestPass is a fully mobile-optimized web application. This means that it can be used on any modern device – desktop, laptop, tablet, or cell-phone - without having to download anything.
How to Login to GuestPass
To login to GuestPass, locate the GuestPass email or text message sent by the property manager or booking agent that you booked with. Then click on, or copy and paste the GuestPass URL into any browser on your device. Again, there is no need to download anything.
Enter your username and password. If you cannot remember your password, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the prompts to reset it:
Once logged in, the Dashboard displays accommodation and trip information at a quick glance.
Please note, that not all features that are listed on the rest of this article may be included depending on the settings and permissions configured by the property manager or booking agent.
The dashboard includes:
- A countdown until your stay
- Trip summary
- Ability to instantly check-in and check-out
- Guest Services
- Accommodation overview and trip information
Navigate to Trip Details to see:
- Listing images and details
- Location information
- Features and amenities
- Listing reviews
- House rules
- Concierge services and upgrades
- Arrival information (not available until your arrival date)
How to Add Concierge Services and Submit Payment
Reservation extras can be added and paid for directly in GuestPass. Additionally, if you have a remaining balance left on your booking, you can submit payment directly in GuestPass as well.
To do so, navigate to the "Trip Details" page.
First, to add reservation extras, select the item that you would like to add > select the quantity > Click "Add & Check-Out."
After adding the reservation extra, a green message will let you know that it was added successfully and the amount will be added to the "Make Payments" section.
Simply select "Click here to make your payment" and you will be redirected to a secure payment page to submit payment information.
Attractions & Activities
The Attractions & Activities page displays location attractions and things to do. You can click "Get Directions" to open Google Maps.
If you have a question or concern during your stay, you can contact the property manager or booking agent by selecting "Contact Us" on the menu.
A pop-up will appear with the following options:
- Contact Information
- Report an Issue - use this option if you have encountered an issue during your stay. You can include the details and even upload a photo
- Ask a Question - use this option to submit a question or concern directly to your property manager or booking agent.
